Monitoring and Reporting on the Self-Monitoring Plan

We are also required to monitor the implementation of our self-monitoring plan and publish reports on its progress at least every four months. Depending on our internal reporting cycle, we may choose to report more frequently, such as quarterly. Our self-monitoring plan outlines the monitoring process and the corrective actions taken to address any identified deficiencies.
