Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Miklas Grotell is an experienced Solution Consultant and serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Ab Grotell Oy. He has a strong background in IT projects, including requirement definition, design, implementation, integration, and testing. Known for his quick learning ability, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills, Mr. Grotell is dedicated to advancing the company’s technological capabilities while ensuring resilience and efficiency.

Mr. Tomi Siivonen, with over two decades of entrepreneurial experience as the former owner of K&T Neutech Oy, brings a profound depth of expertise to our advisory board. His extensive background in customer service and wireless R&D, including roles at MTDS Oy and as a Network Engineer at Nokia Data Oy, underscores his strong technical skills and keen business acumen. Throughout his career, Mr. Siivonen has excelled in driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term success. Mr. Antti Viitala is an accomplished engineer and physician, with a strong emphasis on medical technology development and cutting-edge research in interventional radiology. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics and Industrial Economics from the Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University), which forms the foundation of his expertise in both technical and economic aspects of medical innovation. An MD graduate from the University of Helsinki, he is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Turku, focusing on interventional radiology. His extensive career in engineering and research underscores his ability to drive technological advancements in the medical field, translating them into practical applications that provide significant strategic value to the advisory board.

Mr. Joonas Kukkonen combines over a decade of elite athletic experience with extensive clinical practice as a physiotherapist, specializing in injury rehabilitation and sports injury prevention.
